User Content Moderation Terms

These terms explain how BizYou sp. z o.o. moderates user-submitted content connected with Provime, our social media profiles, webinars, online trainings, and related digital services.

1. Contact Point

Questions, notices, and content reports can be sent to bizyou@bizyou.pl. We may also provide dedicated reporting forms for specific services.

2. Prohibited Content

Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, discriminatory, spam, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful content. This includes content that promotes violence, fraud, unlawful advertising, hate, harassment, malware, or infringement of third-party rights.

3. Moderation Actions

When we identify content that violates these terms or applicable law, we may remove it, restrict access to it, suspend related account features, remove a user from an online event, or take other proportionate steps needed to protect the service and its users.

4. Reporting and Appeals

Reports should identify the content, provide the relevant URL or location, explain the reason for the report, and include contact details for follow-up. Affected users may appeal a moderation decision by contacting us within 14 days of receiving the decision.

5. Legal Cooperation

If we receive information suggesting a serious threat to life, safety, or public security, we may notify the appropriate authorities as required or permitted by law.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when our services, moderation process, or legal obligations change. The current version applies from the date it is published on this page.
